The Tandym Group is Hiring a Service Desk Technician (Hybrid) Near Alexandria, VA
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 2 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The Service Desk Technician will
- Answer troubleshooting calls and emails from customers concerning the use of the electronic filing system
- Provide guidance in patent application business process and procedures
- Assist in training new hires
- Perform software testing, as needed (optional)
- Perform technical writing tasks, as needed
- Process related clerical paperwork and other duties, as assigned
- 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment
- High School Diploma / GED
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (2007 to present) beyond basic personal use
- Experience working with a Ticketing System
- Computer savvy (40 wpm)
- A /Security certification
- Previous experience in a Help Desk role
